I stayed at the hotel which had a spacious and comfortable room with a big bathroom and nice touches like bathrobes and glasses. The noise from doors slamming in the hallway and outside traffic made it hard to relax, but the convenient location near Union Station and various dining spots added to the overall experience.
The hotel had a mixed experience for me. The rooms were spacious, but the interior was really outdated, and some areas seemed neglected. The service was friendly overall, but there were instances of inefficiency. The location was great for exploring DC, but there were some noisy spots. The dining was underwhelming and pricey. The facilities were decent but nothing outstanding.
